Frostbiter is an Icelandic horror film festival that will be held from November 10th to 12th in Akranes and among the films are projects from students of The Icelandic Film School
16 year old Glódís has had a hard life, she has suppressed her childhood memories as many do when the go through bad times. She visits her grandfather for the summer and one night she meets a boy named Andrés. He tricks her into an empty house. Little by little her memories start returning. All the emotion come back and she needs to decide how to handle it, give in or fight back.
A young woman sits in the woods, with a heavy expression on her face. She is having a panic attack, that no one knows how affects her, except herself. The fear and terror of what is happening in her mind can not be described, but possibly she will let us have a look.
Both these films are by Ásdís Sif Þórarinsdóttir, a graduate from the Script writing and Directing department of The Icelandic Film School.
GOOD NIGHT FINN
Finn, a young and sleepy boy, watches TV with his family. He bids them goodnight, goes down to his room and lays in bed. All of a sudden there is a knock on the front door. Finn hears a strange man, that crashes in the apartment with loud noises and violence. When his families screams finally quiet down, the man heads for Finns room. Finn is quick to jump up and crawl under the bed. But now he must be quiet, because the man has entered.
